1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Digital Codes sp. z o.o., al. Armii Krajowej 62, 50-541 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000479089, NIP PL 887 180 68 74, REGON 022262616 (“we”, “us”).
For anything related to your data, write to us by e-mail or by post to the address above.
2. What data we process and why
Contact form and e-mail
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name or company name, e-mail address, the type of contact you chose (buyer, supplier, other) and your message, together with the date and your IP address. The same applies to e-mails you send us directly.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to start a business relationship.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and developing our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask about working with us, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: for as long as the conversation lasts, and then up to 3 years in case it is resumed or needed to establish or defend legal claims. If we start working together, the data becomes part of the business relationship and is kept for the periods required by law (e.g. tax and accounting rules).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address and a message we cannot reply.
Protecting the form against spam
To stop automated spam, the form briefly stores a one-way, irreversible code derived from your IP address, which lets us limit the number of messages sent from one network. It is deleted automatically after about 2 hours. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs
Like any website, our server records technical data about each request (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). The logs are used only to keep the site running and secure and are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Website analytics
Only if you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to learn how many people visit the site and which sections they use. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Details are in the next section.
3. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. The site works fully without them.

Google Analytics is configured so that it does not use the data for advertising. Google may process the data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. More information: how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Changing your choice: use the link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Fonts
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and sends them your IP address. No cookies are set for this.
4. Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It may be processed on our behalf, only as far as needed, by:
- our hosting and e-mail provider, whose servers are located in Poland;

- restrict its processing;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
